Riccardo Rizzi, known in the ring as “Rico”, is a professional boxer and certified sports performance specialist with over a decade of international competitive experience. Currently reigning as the Asian Champion under the UBO (Universal Boxing Organization), Rico is recognized for his explosive style, strategic precision, and exceptional athletic conditioning.
With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Italy’s e-Campus University, Riccardo combines academic knowledge with elite-level performance, bringing a science-based approach to both his training and coaching philosophy.


Valentina Villa – Women’s Fitness Coach & Certified Yoga Instructor
Valentina Villa is a certified women’s personal trainer and yoga instructor with a unique background in dance, functional training, and holistic wellness. After studying at the prestigious M.A.S. Academy in Milan, she expanded her expertise in Bali, where she specialized in flexibility, recovery, and restorative yoga.
Her coaching blends the discipline of movement arts with the science of strength and mobility, offering women of all ages tailored, effective programs that support both physical transformation and emotional balance.
PierGiorgio – Veteran Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach
Pier Giorgio is a highly experienced personal trainer and wellness mentor with over 25 years in the fitness industry, including two decades as a private coach and former gym owner. Holding four professional certifications two Italian and two international—he embodies the ideal fusion of practical expertise and lifelong passion for health and performance.
At 50, Pier Giorgio is living proof that a healthy lifestyle based on structured training and balanced nutrition is the key to maintaining youth, vitality, and resilience. His philosophy blends wisdom, experience, scientific knowledge, and motivating energy, creating a training environment that empowers clients of all ages and backgrounds.


Erika Murgolo – Functional Strength & Recovery Specialist
Erika Murgolo is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports Science and several years of hands-on experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Her coaching is rooted in evidence-based principles and focused on delivering personalized, sustainable results for each client.
Known for her tailored approach, Erika designs fully customized training programs that align with the client’s physical condition, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Her focus is on functional strength, postural balance, and long-lasting transformation.
Sara Giuseppetti – Athletic Performance Specialist & Mobility Coach
Sara Giuseppetti is a former elite athlete and certified performance coach with a strong academic background in sports science and over 15 years of hands-on experience. As a member of the Italian National Climbing Team for 12 years, she competed at the highest international level, reaching the top 10 in the world rankings and being part of the Italian Olympic selection before a sports injury shifted her path from elite competition to coaching.
Sara holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and a Master’s Degree in Sport Techniques & Training Sciences, combining scientific precision with the intuitive knowledge of a professional athlete. Her approach focuses on functional movement, injury prevention, and personalized performance programs adapted to the unique needs of each client.
