All trainers featured on this platform operate as independent professionals and are not employees of V-ITAITALY.
Luca Sossai provides each collaborator with qualified monthly leads through the V-ITAITALY platform. For each initial purchase made via the website, the transaction is processed under the business name of Luca Sossai / V-ITAITALY Trainers.
A service coordination fee is retained by the platform to support its operational, promotional, and customer support infrastructure. The remaining service delivery and client relationship are then managed by the assigned trainer.
At the time of purchase, the client enters into an agreement with V-ITAITALY, which includes:
- Name of the trainer responsible for the program,
- Description and scope of the purchased package,
- Validity period and usage conditions.
While V-ITAITALY and Luca Sossai act as commercial facilitators and contract holders for initial purchases, all ongoing interactions, performance outcomes, communication, and scheduling are the full responsibility of the assigned personal trainer.
Therefore, V-ITAITALY and Luca Sossai disclaim all legal responsibility for:
- Service delivery issues or trainer availability,
- Scheduling conflicts or rescheduling,
- Dissatisfaction or unmet expectations,
- Any professional or personal dispute arising after the initial transaction
Clients are encouraged to maintain open communication with their assigned trainer to ensure full alignment on expectations and outcomes.
